Another year gone and another year well spent means it’s time for a round-up of highlights. I’ve seriously struggled to narrow it down this time. Every time I tried, I kept finding it difficult to cut out images that rekindled a memory or made me smile, or were just too damn gorgeous! So I’m sorry, but not sorry, grab a cuppa or something a little stronger as this one’s a long one.
I was able to visit some of my favourite venues from all over Cornwall, Devon and the UK, photographing at the Carbis Bay Hotel right up to River Cottage, and it’s been an absolute pleasure. Getting to work alongside familiar faces and colleagues is always a joy as we see each other rarely, but when we do, it just works. Making memories and moments for all our couples as each and every one are so different in their way. This is where the magic happens, when couples bring their flare and personality, with their family and friends, to a wedding day. You never know what you’re going to capture and that’s the most exciting part. From the weather to the decor to the vibe of the crowd. We, as wedding photographers thrive on that atmosphere.
This year is shaping up to be an absolute cracker, as usual, all I need now is a lovely destination wedding, hint, hint, nudge, nudge.
